Even if you are not planning on attending any of these three flagship events, the Goodwood Estate is well worth a visit.  The historic Goodwood House itself is home to one of the most significant private art collections in the country.  Dining is also an unrivalled pleasure at the festival.  The 12,000 acre Estate is an inspiration for foraging wild produce and with its own organic Home Farm, award-winning Estate-reared and rare breed meat, milk, cheeses, ales and lagers are on offer at the four exceptional restaurants.

Only four miles from central Chichester, this festival is a major draw for people visiting the area.  Only 11miles from West Wittering and no more than a 30minute drive from any of our properties, Wellies & Windbreaks is well placed to provide accommodation to suit any size of party.

We had a wonderful stay here. Four adults and one baby. The house was excellent, and everything that you needed was provided. It is in a great location within walking distance of the sea at Bosham. A very good pub, cafe and craft centre can be found there. At the end of the road is a hotel with an excellent restaurant. The agent Amanda went above and beyond. Anything you needed was sorted out immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend this property
