Sandpipers is an exceptional holiday home presented to the very highest standard. The property sleeps 14+ in 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms. A maximum of 8 adults may be accommodated, however additional children would be permitted at the approval of the management. The spectacular children's bunkroom sleeps six in three sets of hand-built bunks with stairs up to each of the top beds, however three additional children can be accommodated in pull out beds and all the beds are doubles so it really can be turned into a dormitory if required. Complete with mezzanine play area, to describe it as a child’s heaven would be an understatement.

The impressive property is laid out over 4 floors with private landscaped gardens and its own swimming pool, hot tub and separate pool house. The white sands of West Wittering beach are just a couple of minutes walk away, a haven for surfing, paddle boarding and kite surfing or just a stroll and building sandcastles.

When arriving at Sandpipers, guests are welcomed into a stunning atrium entrance hall leading to the sizable open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is fitted with top of the range appliances including electric Aga and features a large social breakfast bar area. The dining table comfortably seats a large party and a hanging open gas fireplace separates it from the relaxed sitting area. This informal sitting area has views over the magnificent landscaped gardens and swimming pool. Bi-fold doors open up two sides of the room onto the outdoor dining area and decked veranda. A separate formal sitting room, featuring an open gas fire, offers scope for some quiet time away from the hub of the central entertaining space.

On the first floor are two king-size bedrooms featuring stunning en-suite bathrooms and views of the garden. One of the rooms has stairs up to a mezzanine twin room, making it ideal for one family to share. The tremendous children's bunk-room is also on the first floor plus a large family bathroom with bath and shower and a games room with projector screen and full AV and games system.

The second floor houses the master bedroom with stunning views across the garden, the surrounding countryside and the sea from its private balcony. The master bedroom has the most exquisite en-suite bathroom with decadent bath and walk-in shower room.

As well as style, Sandpipers offers practicality and fun. A large utility room and shower area is perfect for when guests come straight in from the beach. All bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided. Cleaners can be arranged to come during your stay should you wish, as can caterers, if required. The basement houses the 'control room' and technological hub of the house alongside a games den with pool table, darts and much more.

We had a wonderful stay here. Four adults and one baby. The house was excellent, and everything that you needed was provided. It is in a great location within walking distance of the sea at Bosham. A very good pub, cafe and craft centre can be found there. At the end of the road is a hotel with an excellent restaurant. The agent Amanda went above and beyond. Anything you needed was sorted out immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend this property
