Good house for a family holiday

Excellent accommodation for the family. The garden and the woodland made it ideal for all the grandchildren and the tennis court was an added bonus and why we selected this property. Lived up to expectations. Good assistance form the live in assistants who ere very helpful indeed.

Everything we wanted

Where to start, the house is beautiful, the grounds are amazing, the pool and tennis court were used every day. The zip wire was a massive hit with the children, but my favourite part was the private woodland. This allowed my children to experience to a certain degree the freedom that I had as a child. Watching them build dens, swing across the 'troll swamp' on the rope swing and help build a camp fire was a welcome change to seeing their faces buried in ipads. We had amazing weather which meant that several trips to the beach were in order which are just down the road. The empty beach at Church Norton was my favourite, but as you might expect the vast sands at West Wittering won the day for the kids. We also visited Air Arena and Flip Out (trampoline parks) in Chichester and spent a morning playing crazy golf just down the road. I spent some of the days commuting to work from Chichester to Victoria which takes 1hr 30 mins on the fast train down the beautiful Arun valley line. Parking at Chichester station was easy, although I am not sure I would want to do that commute every day as some seem to do. I also had a meeting in Jersey whilst I was staying and flew from Southampton which took 35 mins in the car. This is a beautiful part of the South Coast and the house is perfectly situated to access all of it. We would definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay here. Four adults and one baby. The house was excellent, and everything that you needed was provided. It is in a great location within walking distance of the sea at Bosham. A very good pub, cafe and craft centre can be found there. At the end of the road is a hotel with an excellent restaurant. The agent Amanda went above and beyond. Anything you needed was sorted out immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend this property
