Seamark is one of the most popular family holiday homes in the Witterings, just moments from the beach and located in the quiet residential area of Coney Six. East Wittering village and all its great cafes, restaurants and shops is just a five minute walk and the renowned Billys on the Beach is a 10 minute seaside stroll in the opposite direction. The white sands of West Wittering are a gentle half hour amble up the coastal path.

Seamark is renovated to a very high standard and enjoys high quality modern fittings and comfortable furnishings. The master bedroom overlooks the garden with a super king size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second double bedroom also has an en suite shower room and the twin and double bunk-room have access to the large, family bathroom, with bath and shower.

Downstairs, the bright and sociable open plan living, kitchen and dining area comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and has access out to the private and secure south-facing garden. A wood-burning stove will be much enjoyed during the colder winter months making this house an ideal let in all seasons. The downstairs also benefits from a second sitting room with TV and a utility room with large walk in shower and direct outdoor access.

Seamark also enjoys a fabulous roof terrace, which is accessed by a spiral staircase from the first floor balcony. With views out to sea, it is a wonderful place for some evening drinks whilst watching the sunset. The owners request that you are considerate to their neighbours whilst up on the roof terrace, especially in the evenings and that you exercise caution whilst up there. Children are not permitted on the roof terrace unless accompanied by an adult. There is a stair gate available for guest use.

Seamark is a pet friendly property but we request that you abide by the house rules. Pets are not permitted upstairs or on any of the soft furnishings. You are required to thoroughly clear up after them in the garden and the outside shower and bath are ideal for washing sandy dogs…and children!

Seamark has off street parking for 3-4 cars.

We had a wonderful stay here. Four adults and one baby. The house was excellent, and everything that you needed was provided. It is in a great location within walking distance of the sea at Bosham. A very good pub, cafe and craft centre can be found there. At the end of the road is a hotel with an excellent restaurant. The agent Amanda went above and beyond. Anything you needed was sorted out immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend this property
