Springtide is one of the finest beach front properties in East Wittering. With four generously sized bedrooms and three bathrooms, the house sleeps eight guests making it perfect for two families to share. The sea views are spectacular. The master bedroom with super king bed enjoys uninterrupted views of the sea through the full height and full width window. The same is said for the sitting room next door, which has sliding doors out onto a balcony.

The master has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with freestanding bath and shower. The two further bedrooms upstairs are a twin and a bunk-room plus there is a large family bathroom with bath and separate shower. Downstairs is another double bedroom with a shower room next door.

The living accommodation downstairs is open plan and sizeable. The large kitchen dining area is a light, bright and sociable entertaining space, plus there is a sofa area with TV and games to one side, allowing the whole family to be together. The decked garden has direct beach access but the tamarisk hedging offers privacy and shelter from the winds. This end of the beach is far quieter than the West Wittering end so you genuinely feel that you have the beach to yourselves. The final touch in this perfect property is the option of the hot tub. Ideally located under the balcony, it can be enjoyed whatever the weather. The hot tub is available upon request and will be filled and heated for you at an extra cost of £250.

Springtide is the perfect place for families and friends to get together at any time of the year.

We had a wonderful stay here. Four adults and one baby. The house was excellent, and everything that you needed was provided. It is in a great location within walking distance of the sea at Bosham. A very good pub, cafe and craft centre can be found there. At the end of the road is a hotel with an excellent restaurant. The agent Amanda went above and beyond. Anything you needed was sorted out immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend this property
