Saoirse is a wonderful holiday home full of character features. Lovingly redecorated with an eye for restored furniture and vintage wallpaper, this house is very special. Saiorse (pronounced Seer-sha) means "freedom" in Gaelic, which is a fitting name for a house where you can truly relax and unwind, free from the toils of daily life.

Located in the quiet residential Seafield Close it is just 150m from the beach at East Wittering and a ten minute walk to the shops, cafes and restaurants in the village. Sleeping up to seven guests in three bedrooms the house is ideal for one family or up to three couples. The master bedroom with king-size bed and en-suite shower is downstairs and there are two further bedrooms upstairs, one with double bed and the other with a double and additional single bed. The two upstairs bedrooms share a bathroom with bath and over-bath shower. There is also a small sitting area with bookshelf on the upstairs landing, a perfect spot to escape for some quiet time.

Downstairs the open plan sitting, kitchen and dining space is a great area for day to day living and entertaining. The kitchen is well equipped and the dining table is large enough to seat up to eight. Bi-fold doors lead from the dining area to the secure rear garden which also enjoys a couple of lovely outdoor seating and dining spots, a built in BBQ and a garden room for undercover outdoor dining. The living part of the open plan space enjoys two lovely large and comfortable sofas and a smart TV. This room is the real heart of the house with bright colours and vibrant wallpaper.

A utility room has side outdoor access and is well equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer. It is a good spot to access the house when coming in from the beach and useful for pets to sleep in at night. The house also has an additional downstairs WC. The front drive has space for up to three cars.

All in all, Saoirsie combines an abundance of charm with the all the practicalities that make it an ideal home for a family holiday or escape to the coast for some much needed rest and relaxation.

We had a wonderful stay here. Four adults and one baby. The house was excellent, and everything that you needed was provided. It is in a great location within walking distance of the sea at Bosham. A very good pub, cafe and craft centre can be found there. At the end of the road is a hotel with an excellent restaurant. The agent Amanda went above and beyond. Anything you needed was sorted out immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend this property
