The open plan living space has a well equipped kitchen, dining area for up to 8 guests and sitting area with TV. Bi-fold doors open out on the patio and outdoor dining area, giving access to the large garden beyond.
The annexe / garden room at the bottom of the garden has a sofa bed, TV, kitchenette and en-suite shower room. This room is multi-purpose and could be used either as a bedroom, chill out space for watching TV or as a quiet workspace. It has good WiFi and a table which can be used as a desk.
BeachYards is just 150m from the beach and is located in a quiet residential area. The village of East Wittering and all its independent shops and restaurants is a 5-10 minute walk away.
