Beachwood is a stunning holiday home which has been completely renovated in time for Summer 2022. This very spacious family property sleeps up to 10 in 5 bedrooms, with 4 bathrooms, plenty of modern and well equipped living space and an unbeatable location at the western end of Marine Drive West, just moments from West Wittering beach.

Laid out over three floors, the master suite at the top has the most amazing views given its elevation. Whilst the house is not beach front, it is just other side of the beach road so has views from the rear of the property over the fields and to the South Downs beyond and also has views of the sea over the top of the house in front and to the West towards Hayling Island and the Spinnaker Tower in Portsmouth.

The ground floor has a contemporary, semi open plan set up. The kitchen area with breakfast bar and window banquette dining area is at the front of the house where there is also a TV and causal seating area. A wide walkway leads through the rear of the property where the full width bi-fold doors lead out to the patio and lawned garden beyond. The garden side of the open plan room has another comfortable seating area and dining table for at least 10 guests. The ground floor also has two side entrances. To the west side is the formal entrance into the hallway with downstairs WC. The east side access is via the garage door and into the shower room and separate utility area, perfect for coming in from the beach and hanging up wets suits and storing boards.

The first floor houses four of the five bedrooms. There is a super king with en suite shower on the beach facing side of the house with access to the balcony. There are also two further twin rooms, one sea-facing and the other garden facing, the garden facing room with the option to push the singles together to make a super king. The first floor also has a flexible space in the large eaved room / fifth bedroom. It has a day bed in it which can be either a single or double bed, plus plenty of space for beanbags and chilling out if it is to be used as a kids hang out rather than fifth bedroom. There is also a large family bathroom on the first floor with bath and over bath shower.

The top floor houses the large master suite with pitched full width and height picture windows and spectacular views. The room has a super king bed and a stunning en-suite with bath and wonderfully large walk in shower. The views from the bathroom over the countryside and rolling South Downs beyond is breathtaking. The top floor also has a small study which can be used either as a quiet work space or separate room for an infant in a cot.

The front drive has space for at least 3 cars.

We had a wonderful stay here. Four adults and one baby. The house was excellent, and everything that you needed was provided. It is in a great location within walking distance of the sea at Bosham. A very good pub, cafe and craft centre can be found there. At the end of the road is a hotel with an excellent restaurant. The agent Amanda went above and beyond. Anything you needed was sorted out immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend this property
