Honeys is a delightful bungalow just a stones throw from the beach in Bracklesham Bay. Located right at the end of East Bracklesham Drive, it benefits from being at the quiet end of the beach where there will be times that you have the surf completely to yourself.
Redecorated and upgraded throughout with two new bathrooms just in time for Summer 2022, Honeys is a clean and comfortable holiday home with everything you need for some family fun. The garden is its unique selling point as the plot is huge. A very large lawn area is ideal for little children to run around in and have fun and with the house being pet friendly, it is perfect for our four-legged friends too.
The bungalow has three bedrooms; a king size at the front of the house with WC and basin next door, a super king which has the option of being twin beds and a small twin room. There are two newly fitted bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bath and over bath shower. The kitchen has been fitted with new appliances throughout and the large sitting / dining room at the rear side of the bungalow has access to the huge, mature garden. The covered patio area will be great for outdoor dining whatever the weather and the garden is well equipped with seating and tables so you can enjoy the sunshine at anytime of the day; a morning coffee in the sun as well as catching the last of the rays over an evening drink.
Honeys is right opposite a cut through to the beach so you can be in the water within sixty seconds of leaving the front door. The house has ample parking for up to three cars on the private drive.
Bracklehsam Bay village with its basic shops and amenities is a ten to fifteen minute walk. Billy's on the Beach, the locally renowned beach front diner and GOAT Coffee Shop are close by. The village also has Moby's Fish & Chips and a Co-op. East Wittering is a five minute drive away and West Wittering beach ten minutes by car.
