Bayhurst is a magnificent family holiday home, moments from the beach in Bracklesham Bay. With five bedrooms it is comfortably able to accommodate twelve guest but it is the living space which sets this house apart from all others.
The property is set up for maximum enjoyment for all. The open plan living / kitchen / dining space is breathtaking, with bifold doors which open the room out to the secluded rear garden and covered outdoor entertaining area to the side of the kitchen. This space is a unique offering with comfortable seating around the log burner for cosy evenings around the outdoor fire. Al fresco living can continue whatever the weather and tucked around the comer of the house you are sheltered from the wind too. There is an additional sheltered west facing area in the garden too for catching the last of the evening sun. For the teenagers and big kids there is also a covered games area with table tennis and darts.
Inside there is a second sitting room at the front of the house with pool table, comfortable sofas and a TV. Its the perfect kids hang out spot or somewhere to escape to for some peace and quiet or work, away from the open plan entertaining space.
From a practical point of view there is a utility room on the ground floor wth huge sink for wet suits, plus an outside shower in the garden for rinsing off after a trip to the beach.
Downstairs there are two bedrooms: A kingsize en-suite bedroom and a double bedroom with adjacent bathroom. Upstairs are three further bedrooms: The master suite has a superking bed, en suite bathroom and balcony offering glimpses of the sea and the Isle of Wight beyond. The family bathroom is then shared by a double bedroom and the fun kids’ dorm, which contains four single beds and a handy desk for anyone who has to work from home during their stay.”

Bayhurst is moments from the seafront with an alleyway down to the beach just across the street. The house is just a five minute walk to Billy's on the Beach, the best beach front licensed restaurant in the area, plus GOAT Coffee is a short walk too. This cool cafe serves amazing coffee and cake by day and also has pop-up street food vans a few times a week. There is a Co-Op in Bracklesham Bay for all groceries or East Wittering village with its larger offering of shops and restaurants is five minutes away in the car. The white sands of West Wittering beach are 10 minutes max in the car or a fantastic walk westwards down the beach. Walking eastwards you can get to the RSPB Medmerry Nature Reserve where several miles of cycle/running track weave through the habitat rich in all kinds of wildlife..
