About the Property
Ivy Grange is elegant family home in the village of Siddlesham, close to Pagham Harbour. Only fifteen minutes to West Wittering beach in one direction and fifteen minutes to Goodwood in the other, it is ideally located, whatever your reason for visiting the area.
The house itself offers more than enough to entertain with a swimming pool, tennis court, gardens and 9 acres of woodland complete with fire pit and seating. This unique property has six bedrooms making it ideal for three families or a large group. A fourth family could be accommodated in the separate annexe where there is an additional large double bedroom. The main living areas comprise a huge fully equipped live-in kitchen with dining table and seating area. Large patio doors open out on to the terrace leading to the annexe. There is a separate TV/Snug/Playroom with Netflix. The Drawing Room is adjacent to the seating area of the kitchen with open fireplace.
On the first floor of the main house are two en-suite bedrooms; the master suite and another king size room. There is also a twin bedroom and bunk bed room in this floor, plus the family bathroom. On the second floor in the eaves of the house, there is a twin bedroom, a double bedroom and another family bathroom with jacuzzi bath and separate shower.
Pets are welcome; we just ask that they do not go upstairs or on any of the soft furnishings. We also require you to clear up after your pets in the garden upon departure.
Please note that Ivy Grange is the owners family home which they make available to guests when they go on holiday themselves. Whilst the owners will have cleared out plenty of space for guests, the house contains more personal items then most rental properties.
