Rox is without doubt one of the finest holiday rentals on the Wittering beach front. This house offers comfort and luxury in equal measures and the location is un-beatable. Rox has been one of the most popular luxury rental properties on the seafront for many years and recent renovations added a fifth bedroom, enabling it to sleep 12 guests.

Rox is rich in style and character with individual quality furnishings, large comfy sofas, plenty of entertaining space, a dining table which will seat 12+ and unrivalled sea views from the downstairs and four out of five of the bedrooms. The master bedroom with super-king, en-suite and balcony is luxurious and enjoys breathtaking views across the Solent. The four-poster king size bedroom also has balcony access and spectacular views, as does the small double bedroom next door. The new twin bedroom is stylish and spacious with sea views and the double bunk-bed room to the rear of the property will be pure heaven for any young guests. The bunk-room also has a play area in the eaves which will keep the kids entertained for hours. One of the lower bunks is a double bed, should this room be required for adults. Upstairs there are two further bathrooms, one with roll top bath and sea views and the second with an enormous walk-in shower.

The light and bright open plan, sea-facing kitchen, living, dining space is fully glass fronted with sliding doors out onto the sheltered sea-facing garden. There is also an additional snug / TV room to the rear of the property, with a large corner sofa and comfy armchairs; a great space to wind down in after a busy day on the beach. The downstairs also benefits from a utility room with outdoor access and downstairs loo and shower.

There is parking for three cars on the road side of the property and the beach side garden offers privacy from passing walkers behind the large hedge. It enjoys direct access to the beach and its own small private area on the seafront, where you can sit out with a drink and enjoy the sunset.

We had a wonderful stay here. Four adults and one baby. The house was excellent, and everything that you needed was provided. It is in a great location within walking distance of the sea at Bosham. A very good pub, cafe and craft centre can be found there. At the end of the road is a hotel with an excellent restaurant. The agent Amanda went above and beyond. Anything you needed was sorted out immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend this property
