We used Sunny Days as a base while visiting family in the area and we were not disappointed.

Sunny Days is extremely well appointed with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The entire bungalow was supremely clean and maintained to a very high standard. The two bathrooms (one family, one ensuite) were well proportioned with the lovely addition of full size toiletries to use during your stay.

The location was easy to find, situated on a private road which was very quiet with plenty of parking for your cars.

Overall we had a lovely time while staying and would stay again without hesitation.

I stayed in Sunny Days with my mother and little dog after extending our stay in East Wittering. The team at Wellies & Windbreaks were fantastic at finding us a suitable property at short notice. The property itself is beautiful with everything you’d need for a long or short stay, and the beach just on your doorstep. Would recommend and would stay again.

Sunny Days is a great place for a bit of beach r&r. It has a very happy feel. Well equipped, comfy beds, good showers, walking distance to the beach – perfect. Wouldn’t change a thing.

I took my 90 year old mum to stay at sunny days, it was perfect. So clean, everything to hand. The beds were so comfortable to sleep in. Location was perfect too with just a short walk to the beach. It was also very quiet so sleeping was not difficult. We had a fantastic stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Sunny Days is a fabulous property which is spotlessly clean, homely and incredibly well equipped right down to the very large TV, Netflix, PS3 etc. you could not want for more. It also caters well for children with toys, books etc. and there are also bikes and beach chairs that can be used. The owners really have thought of everything. The property is set in a very quiet location and only a short stroll to the beach and in close proximity to pubs and restaurants. We enjoyed ourselves so much we really did not want to go home. A wonderful stay in a truly wonderful property, we hope to go back next year.

Sunny Days is a superb bungalow in a fabulous location within a stone’s throw of the beach. The bungalow was super stylish and so well equipped, a lot of thought has gone into making this a very special holiday home. With the beach, lovely cafes, and the charming Chichester harbour villages all within easy reach, Sunny Days is a perfect ‘staycation’ destination and one we would return to in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay at Sunny Days. The house was very well equipped, in particular the kitchen and in a great location. The only thing stopping us from booking again next year is the beds. The mattresses are a little tired and dipped in the middle. It would also be good if one of the bedrooms had a king size bed or two zip linked single mattresses.

“Sunny Days” is a lovely property, well equipped for a young family in a perfect location. The property is a 2 minute walk from the beach and beach cafe, close to the Witterings and Chichester. It is very clean and modern, with car parking for 3 cars. Communication with W&W prior to our stay was excellent and informative. Will book through them again. Cannot fault the accommodation.

Fabulous location just a few minutes walk from the beach and Billy’s cafe. Nice and quiet area. Sunny Days provided all that we needed. We ate out most nights but did stay and cook in one evening for a slobby night and made use of Netflix. Definitely recommend Sunny Days and if we head back down that way again will try snd stay here. We loved our week at Sunny Days which was perfectly situated for a short walk to the beach with our young children. The house is very well equipped and beautifully set out for our family needs – the large open plan kitchen / living area with big sofa was ideal, as were the bedroom with bunkbed, double with en suite shower room and additional large bedroom and bathroom. We would definitely like to go back.

Everything was well thought out and provided for. Breakfast was provided, tea and coffee (Nespresso), plenty of everything you need when self catering such as dishwasher tablets, laundry liquid etc.

Garage provided including a couple of bikes.

We had a fabulous stay here. The house is so stylish and immaculate but a real home from home too. It also has everything you will need during your stay. The beds and duvets are so comfortable too. A very beautiful house in a very beautiful location.

Very pleased with overall stay. Only issue was the standard size beds, pillows soft and duvet very flimsy and did not stay in place.

We had a fantastic stay at Sunny Days! The house was cozy, spacious, and very well-equipped and everything we needed was there and more. The garden was a real highlight: beautifully kept and perfect for relaxing with a morning coffee or winding down in the evening. We especially appreciated that it’s pet-friendly, and our Toffee loved it too. The location is amazing, just a short walk from the sea. A perfect spot for a family holiday, we’d love to come back!

Sunny Days is the ideal place to stay, comfortable, exceptionally clean and spacious inside and out.
Every room is well equipped with everything you will need especially the kitchen, attention to detail is excellent. We loved the bungalow so much we are returning for another few days with our dog.the end of the summer .

The bungalow is very comfortable and well equipped, beds comfy and plenty of towels etc. The location is excellent just off the beach and shops handy with plenty of places to eat and drink relatively near. We would highly recommend Wellies & Windbreaks for their very thorough and helpful service . We’ll be back !!

Beautiful bungalow on a quiet side road but 5 minutes walk from the beach. The accommodation is lovely, well thought out, clean, everything is catered for. My youngest daughter loved the toys and books such a great extra. The garden is a lovely sun trap to sit outside but also safe for children. The conservatory provided a great quiet safe. We had a fantastic week.
