r is a beautiful, newly renovated home, ideal for a family seaside holiday. Brand new to the Wellies & Windbreaks portfolio in Summer 2021, this property is set to be an extremely popular addition. Sleeping ten in five bedrooms with three bathrooms, it is just 200m from the beach and a couple of minutes’ walk into East Wittering Village.

The stylish and modern open plan living and dining area, plus well quipped and modern kitchen on the ground floor, is flooded with natural light and really is the heart of the home! Full-width bi-fold doors open out onto a lovely garden with lush greenery, lawn for the kids to play and a large patio space – perfect for a BBQ and sundowners on a warm summers evening. You can also find a cosy seating area with views of the garden in this open-plan space – a fabulous spot to relax with a book and cuppa!

The master bedroom can be found on the ground floor at the back of the property. The vaulted ceiling and picture window make the room light and bright, plus patio doors offer direct access out onto the garden. The bedroom also features an ensuite with large shower and a walk-in wardrobe – no need to travel light when staying at Beachcomber.

Two more bedrooms can be found on the ground floor at the front of the property and share a family bathroom with shower over bath. Upstairs are two more bright and spacious bedrooms that have been tastefully decorated and share a shower room. The large picture window in the back bedroom is a fantastic feature and fills the room with natural light. All rooms have zip and link beds, meaning that every room can be set up as either two single beds or one super king to suit your requirements.

Beachcomber is well located for both the buzz of East Wittering and the beach. A short walk east and you’ll reach the village with shops, restaurants and surf cafes. If it’s the beach you’re after, you’ll only have to walk a few minutes to East Wittering and if you keep heading west, you’ll soon reach the white sands of West Wittering.

There is off-street parking on the drive for up to 4 cars.

We had a wonderful stay here. Four adults and one baby. The house was excellent, and everything that you needed was provided. It is in a great location within walking distance of the sea at Bosham. A very good pub, cafe and craft centre can be found there. At the end of the road is a hotel with an excellent restaurant. The agent Amanda went above and beyond. Anything you needed was sorted out immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend this property
