From the moment you step foot into Little Orchard, your beach holiday begins and if it’s a coastal escape you’re looking for, this is the place for you. Sleeping 10 guests in 5 bedrooms, the property is perfect for two families or a group of friends looking to enjoy all that West Wittering has to offer!

This incredible home has been designed for beach-lovers and adventurers alike. The stunning open plan kitchen diner truly is the heart of the home. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped modern kitchen, sitting at the dining table or kicking back on the huge comfy sofa with a good book. In the winter months, fire up the log-burner and snuggle up with a cuppa or glass of wine and in summer, throw open the bi-fold doors and enjoy the incredible garden – inside/out living at it’s best!

The spectacular garden boasts a hot tub, trampoline, astroturf area and seating. If you love to cook, you’ll be in heaven here! The built-in outdoor kitchen, complete with gas BBQ and wood fired pizza oven is perfect for cooking up a feast after a day on the beach plus a fridge for keeping those beers cold (coming soon).

The living spaces don’t end here – you’re truly spoilt at Little Orchard. As you enter the property, you will find a large hall and boot room, separate TV room / study and a utility room with direct access to the garden – great for coming in with sandy feet. Whilst you may well be looking to escape work entirely, if you do need to keep on top of things whilst here on your holiday, there are lots of fantastic spaces for you to use. In the TV room you can find a monitor should you need a private office to work from or for a more relaxed setup, there is a desk in the kitchen and upstairs in the twin room – both with WIFI points.

With five fantastic bedrooms to choose from, everyone is sure to have a great night’s sleep here. On the ground floor, there are two large king size bedrooms both with en-suites – one with a bath tub and the other a shower room. Upstairs are two further bedrooms and a family shower room. The first, a twin room which can be converted into a super king and the second, a dorm room - heaven for the kids but also great for adults to share if required with 4 full size single beds. For true peace and quiet, you’ll love the fifth bedroom that has been built in the garden annexe. With a double bed and en-suite shower room, what’s not to love about this space.

Little Orchard is just a short walk to West Wittering beach and it’s famous white sand dunes. You’re also perfectly located for the playground and small row of shops in the village plus the pub, The Old House at Home.

There is off-street parking on the drive for up to three cars.

We had a wonderful stay here. Four adults and one baby. The house was excellent, and everything that you needed was provided. It is in a great location within walking distance of the sea at Bosham. A very good pub, cafe and craft centre can be found there. At the end of the road is a hotel with an excellent restaurant. The agent Amanda went above and beyond. Anything you needed was sorted out immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend this property
