New to the Wellies & Windbreaks portfolio in Spring 2022, Pebbles is wonderful family friendly holiday cottage located right on the beach in Bracklesham Bay. This very well equipped and recently refurbished bungalow sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms and is perfect for up to two families to share.

The bright and comfortable living area has superb views of the sea and opens out onto to the large garden with lawn, decking and direct beach access. (Note that the owners were awaiting garden furniture when the photos were taken but they will be in situ by late March 2022). The plot size is enviable and the garden significantly larger than any other beach front property in the immediate local area. Hours of fun will be had running on and off the beach, in and out of the sea and chilling in the amazing outdoor space.

Bedroom 1: King size bed, with en-suite shower room
Bedroom 2: Double bed
Bedroom 3: Double bed
Bedroom 4: Bunk beds

The open plan living space also has a dining table large enough to seat 8 guests and there is a separate and very well equipped kitchen. The four bedrooms are well proportioned and very comfortable with new furniture throughout. The master enjoys a king size bed, TV, sea views and an en-suite shower room. There are two further doubles, one with sea views and a bunk room which all share the family bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a separate WC next to the entrance.

Bracklesham Bay is a well established family holiday spot. There is a new Co-op in the village which is a 2 minute drive from the house or 10 minute walk. Billys on the Beach, the locally renowned superb beach-front diner is just a 5 minute walk away and there are new cafes springing up all the time. Wellies & Windbreaks recommend GOAT on the corner of Farm Road. East Wittering village with all of its restaurants and amenities is a 5 minute drive or 20minute walk down the beach. The white sands of West Wittering beach are a 10 minute drive away or 40-50 minute walk down the beach.

There is plenty of parking for up to 4 cars at least on the private drive.

Pebbles is pet friendly but whilst the owners will welcome a dog (one dog only please), they ask that you please respect the pet friendly rules. You are required to clear up in the garden after your dogs and throughly check the garden whole garden upon departure. Pets are also not allowed into the bedrooms or on any of the soft furnishings. Unforgettable Beachfront Birthday Celebration

We recently stayed at this delightful beachfront house for my mum's 70th birthday, and it was an absolutely splendid experience. From the moment we arrived, the cleanliness and cosiness of the house stood out, providing a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. Positioned right on the beach, the views were breathtaking, offering a serene and tranquil setting that was just perfect for our special celebration. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, with clear instructions and no hassle, making our experience smooth and stress-free. Additionally, the host was incredibly thoughtful, providing us with an extensive list of local recommendations. Overall, this beach house was a gem! Beautiful beach haven

All humans and dogs had a brilliant time at Pebbles. Having the sea right at the end of your back garden was fantastic- soothing sound and view of the sea and plenty of opportunities for impromptu swims or surfing. Bracklesham Bay is a lovely peaceful beach- the shingles didn’t bother us and there was plenty of sand once the sea went out. A few good cafes and shops within walking distance and plenty more options in East Wittering which is a longer walk or v short drive. Pebbles itself is very well thought out, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and well equipped- plenty of room for 7 of us and dogs inside and out. The garden is really long- good for cricket or boules, view incredible and lots of space for eating and lounging. We also hired a hot tub which was a great addition for the less sunny days. The only small niggle was the layout of the TVs- there was no way everyone could watch the same thing- however, we found there was so much fun to be had playing games, surfing, stargazing, watching the ships and odd vintage plane go by, that actually we didn’t switch on the TV for a week and had a much better time for it! Thank you also to the very helpful owners, who keep the place spotless and are on hand if you need anything.

Amazing!

Fabulous view

Spotlessly clean modern property. Lounge area was snug for eight people, the design didn't allow you to see one another. For us whilst the view was stunning the garden wasnt secure so an issue with the dogs and little people.

Great beach front bungalow

Great place to stay - lovely property right on the beach front. Great for walks along the beach , plenty of room for a large family. The Bungalow is beautifully done only issue we had was no bath and TV's in the lounge placed in odd places!! Apart from that a perfect property for a family holiday.

Pebbles.

This very well kept and well equipped bungalow was a wonderful holiday retreat. A fantastic location with a great lounge, dinning room sea view. The bedrooms were very cosy and comfortable and spacious. The extented lounge had a lovely aspect and a wonderful view. We would have still used outside furniture, but this was not available.
