New to the Wellies & Windbreaks portfolio in Spring 2022, Pebbles is wonderful family friendly holiday cottage located right on the beach in Bracklesham Bay. This very well equipped and recently refurbished bungalow sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms and is perfect for up to two families to share.

The bright and comfortable living area has superb views of the sea and opens out onto to the large garden with lawn, decking and direct beach access. (Note that the owners were awaiting garden furniture when the photos were taken but they will be in situ by late March 2022). The plot size is enviable and the garden significantly larger than any other beach front property in the immediate local area. Hours of fun will be had running on and off the beach, in and out of the sea and chilling in the amazing outdoor space.

The open plan living space also has a dining table large enough to seat 8 guests and there is a separate and very well equipped kitchen. The four bedrooms are well proportioned and very comfortable with new furniture throughout. The master enjoys a king size bed, TV, sea views and an en-suite shower room. There are two further doubles, one with sea views and a bunk room which all share the family bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a separate WC next to the entrance.

Bracklesham Bay is a well established family holiday spot. There is a new Co-op in the village which is a 2 minute drive from the house or 10 minute walk. Billys on the Beach, the locally renowned superb beach-front diner is just a 5 minute walk away and there are new cafes springing up all the time. Wellies & Windbreaks recommend GOAT on the corner of Farm Road. East Wittering village with all of its restaurants and amenities is a 5 minute drive or 20minute walk down the beach. The white sands of West Wittering beach are a 10 minute drive away or 40-50 minute walk down the beach.

There is plenty of parking for up to 4 cars at least on the private drive.

Pebbles is pet friendly but whilst the owners will welcome a dog, they ask that you please respect the pet friendly rules. You are required to clear up in the garden after your dogs and throughly check the garden whole garden upon departure. Pets are also not allowed into the bedrooms or on any of the soft furnishings. We had a wonderful stay here. Four adults and one baby. The house was excellent, and everything that you needed was provided. It is in a great location within walking distance of the sea at Bosham. A very good pub, cafe and craft centre can be found there. At the end of the road is a hotel with an excellent restaurant. The agent Amanda went above and beyond. Anything you needed was sorted out immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend this property
