Anchor is a much loved family holiday retreat just moments from the beach in East Wittering. This contemporary and well presented bungalow has three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a lovely open plan sitting room which enjoys full width bifold doors out to the patio garden...the very best of inside out living when the weather permits.
The master bedroom at the front of the property has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has twin beds and an ensuite shower room and the third has a bunk bed and two single beds, making it a perfect room for up to 4 children if required. (Please note that the house is ideally set up for 6 guests as it is not a huge property, however 4 adults and 4 children would be permitted). There is an additional family bathroom with bath and handheld shower.
The living area to the rear of the bungalow is gorgeously bright and a wonderful entertaining space, particularly when the sun is shining and the bi-folds are opened right up to extend the house into the garden. The kitchen area is modern and well equipped, the dining table seats 6-8 guests and there is seating for 6 guests in the TV area.
The rear garden is a little sun trap with dining furniture and relaxed seating.
Anchor is a 20metre walk to the beach at East Wittering and a 5 minute stroll into the village with all its restaurants, cafes and amenities.
There is parking for up to 3 cars on the gravel drive.
