Sunny View is a stunning apartment which has been completely renovated in time for Summer 2022. With a brand new contemporary kitchen, new appliances, a decadent art deco style bathroom with over bath shower and new furniture throughout, this stunning sea view apartment won't disappoint.

The apartment will sleep 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. The first room has a king sized bed and the second has twin beds which will zip and link to create a super-king, giving this property the flexibility of suiting two couples or a family with two children. The open plan kitchen / living / dining space is comfortable as well as stylish with plenty of seating for relaxing in front of the smart TV and dining for 4. The property also benefits from a small sea-facing balcony which is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or sunset glass of something special.

Located in Seagate Court on the beach-front in East Wittering, this 1970's block is not where you might expect to find such a stylish holiday home. Once through the front door, guests will enter an oasis of calm and sophistication and will be able to relax into holiday mode immediately. The little balcony offers the best view of the sea but all room sin the house have a sea view. The shops and restaurants of East Wittering village are literally on the doorstep and with the beach right in front of the apartment, you could arrive at Sunny View for a weeks holiday and never need to get in your car once.

Parking for one vehicle is available in the shared apartment car park. There is road parking nearby for any additional cars, with Longlands Road being the closest.

We had a wonderful stay here. Four adults and one baby. The house was excellent, and everything that you needed was provided. It is in a great location within walking distance of the sea at Bosham. A very good pub, cafe and craft centre can be found there. At the end of the road is a hotel with an excellent restaurant. The agent Amanda went above and beyond. Anything you needed was sorted out immediately. I would not hesitate to recommend this property
