This property is of the highest standard with easy parking and access and it was immaculately clean inside.

It has stunning views onto the beach at Selsey with access from the back garden to the sea – perfect for long walks with our dogs to enjoy the sun, sea and beach. The views are stunning.

Fully equipped kitchen, lovely bedrooms and bathrooms and useful shops close by.

We had a wonderful stay and cannot thanks Amanda and Angela enough for making us feel so welcome – we will be booking again!

We would recommend Seaspray to anyone thinking of a seafront break or holiday.

So peaceful and relaxing. The bed in the master was quite small and had a very firm mattress which was not to our preference. But everything else was great

Absolutely beautiful property in the most perfect location. You really couldn’t be much closer to the sea unless you were on a boat! Listening to the sound of the ocean at night was worth every penny. The fact that the house was so lovely as well just made it the ideal break. We went out of season so it was very tranquil and if you like to walk your dog on the beach, you can’t beat this place!

Great property with a fabulous view. Even with foul weather which we had (45 mph) wind is felt so cosy and comfortable.

To achieve 5/5 in comfort I would look at the quality of the linen including size of towels – too small. The kitchen had basic equipment and could have more eg ran out of cutlery and plates. Dishwasher had to operated at only 25%. One issue as the fridge freezer door which would not stay shut! Had to wedge with a bit of cardboard.

WE had a lovely week, the house was spotlessly clean, everything that we needed, and an amazing location 🙂

We have just come back from a wonderful stay at Seaspray – unfortunately it was meant to be a holiday for our mum but she had a stroke so was in hospital which meant that we were visiting her everyday but we had beautiful walks with our dog in the mornings and evenings when we were there. The house was beautiful and minimalistly designed – my one criticism/request would be that it was very difficult to dry and style my hair as there was no plug socket near any of the mirrors for the hairdryer. Perhaps one outside the bathroom door in the room overlooking the beach?

Seaspray is a lovely, comfortable property on the sea front. It is within walking distance of the local shops and several very nice restaurants. There are also a couple of parks nearby for the children.
We would have liked a mirror near a socket for hair drying but apart from that no complaints.

Homely, clean and comfortable with nice touches. Really enjoyed being soothed to sleep by the waves!

The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend. Lovely location. Thank you very much.

We stayed as a family group of 5 with our dog. Such a beautifully decorated property. It was a surprise weekend away for my mum’s 70th and she was blown away by the views. Her face when she first walked in was a picture!
Everything you need is provided. Very clean.

We loved being able to watch the sea from the lounge and bedrooms. We chilled out, walked on the beach and had a lovely fire pit and s’mores. It was a perfect weekend. Highly recommended. We will be back!

The location is perfect. You can hear the waves at night and sit out and look at the stars. Wood is provided for the woodstove and it is so cosy sitting by it. The place is very clean and easy communication with W&W. Lovely bedrooms with good blackout blinds.

A great house for a retreat from the world. Very quiet and restful. The decor great and the house very clean and ready for your holiday. The only issue was parking. The space next to the garage is narrow and we weren’t able to exit the door of our vehicle so had to park at the front of the space sticking out. This worked fine when there were no other visitors to the adjacent houses parked along the fence. Not a place for larger vehicles like ours.

We had a lovely time at Seaspray. It was comfortable and the location amazing. I particularly enjoyed being able to walk straight out onto the beach with our dog. We were lucky that low tide was at dog walking time, so there was plenty of sand for our little dog to run around.

The house itself is beautifully decorated exactly what you would want for a holiday home. It is light and airy, Wonderfully quiet and you could hear the gentle lapping of the sea.

Location is excellent, perfect for what we wanted. Easy walk into High Street for great restaurants and good selection of shops. Walked on the coast path and enjoyed relaxing at property listening to the sea and enjoying the amazing views.
We were surprised when window cleaners turned up on Saturday morning. Wasn’t a problem as we were just walking back past the property, we weren’t in it but had we been would’ve been nice to have been informed.

As a firm, we’re fortunate to have “Work Elsewhere Weeks,” and after an intense year, I decided to book a last-minute getaway to Selsey—a place that holds fond memories for me, as my grandparents owned a small chalet there in the ’80s. I chose to stay at Seaspray mainly because it’s practically on the beach, and it did not disappoint. The views were stunning, and the property was incredibly well-equipped, with thoughtful touches throughout.

One of the highlights was the tranquility—it was SO QUIET. Coming from the hustle and bustle of London, the peace and quiet were absolutely blissful.

The downside? The bedding. While the cotton linens were lovely and breathable, the rest of the bedding was a letdown. Hollow-fiber everything, with no feather pillows or a decent duvet in sight. It was such a shame, as better bedding could have made an already great stay truly exceptional.
