Seaspray is something really special and a fantastic new addition to the Wellies & Windbreaks portfolio. Completely refurbished to an exceptionally high standard Seaspray is located literally on the beach front in the heart of the small fishing village of Selsey, It is a place to truly relax and unwind whilst enjoying a coastal break.

Upon entering through the front door the property is immediately welcoming. Simple white decor with warm tones of natural and painted wood and neutral furniture give this stunning home a contemporary Scandinavian feel. Downstairs there is a large open plan kitchen, dining and sitting area which runs front to back and leads out to a pebbled beachfront garden via large full width bi-fold doors. The kitchen is equipped to a very high standard with white marble work tops and modern appliances. Beyond the breakfast bar area is a dining table for six, which leads through to the comfortable seating area, centered around a cosy woodburinng stove. Whether you are snuggled up in front of the fire with a hot chocolate watching the waves crash against the sea wall in winter or luxuriating in the bright sunshine on a hot summers day with the bi-folds wide open and the kids playing on the beach, this home won't disappoint.

Comprising of:

  • Bedroom 1: King size bed (first floor)
  • Bedroom 2: Super king size bed - with zip and link mattresses, if twin beds are preferred (first floor)
  • Bedroom 3: Bunk beds (full length singles) (first floor)
Upstairs the presentation is equally as stunning. The master bedroom with en-suite shower room, king size bed and luxury Egyptian cotton bed linen enjoys a stunning sea view. With its own private balcony this room is a special place to come and escape to for a quiet morning coffee or an evening drink whilst enjoying the fabulous sunsets. Next door is the bunk room, also with a stunning sea view and the rear bedroom has a super-king bed with zip and link mattress which can be separated into twin beds if required. (Please ask at time of booking what your preferred room layout is for this third bedroom). The well appointed family bathroom has a bath and over bath shower and there is also a downstairs WC.

The beachfront garden has outdoor seating with cushions on the patio and beyond the seating area is a pebbled garden with deckchairs, fire pit and access to the beach. Note that the house sits directly beyond the sea wall and access to the beach via the steps is just 10metres to the left of the property (when facing the sea). There is a small patio garden to the rear, perfect for leaving bikes and boogie boards if required and there is private parking for one car with space to park behind for another.

The village of Selsey with all its amenities and restaurants is just a few minutes stroll up Hillfield Road. There are a number of independent food shops including a good butchers and bakery plus a couple of Co-Ops. For a larger shop there is an Asda Supermarket as you enter the village of Selsey. A short walk along the beach there is Potters Fish, an award winning fisherman's hut specialising in locally and sustainably caught crab and lobster. You can buy fresh prodcue to take home or enjoy right there and then on the beach. The village has a number of good coffee shops, one of our favourite being Kind Coffee. We also love Waves for a really good breakfast and Lal, a Turkish and me cocktail bar for a great atmosphere and excellent home made food. Finally, if you are holidaying to celebrate a special occasion there is the Crab & Lobster in Pagham Harbour.

Further afield, Bracklesham Bay and East Wittering are just 10 minutes away and the famous white sands of West Wittering beach and East Head are just 15 minutes in the car. You are also only 15 minutes from Chichester.

What Our Clients Say
Guest at Number Twenty Four
This was a very special year for myself and my husband and part of our celebrations was bringing together three generations for a family holiday – so we were looking for special accommodation and Number 24 did not disappoint. Thank you Amanda for your clear and helpful communication – we hope to holiday with Windbreaks and Wellies in the future
Guest at Sherkin
What a lovely big house. We loved our stay at Sherkin. Lovely position, very central to everything which made everything so simple. Beautiful wittering Beaches 100m. Pet friendly which was a bonus. We are going to miss our daily dog walks so most definitely going to book again. Amanda and Angela were brilliant looking after us. Thank you.

This is the second time we have stayed in Beachcomber. It is a very specious and well equipped house and the location is excellent. The response to any queries or help is swift. It’s everything you need for a great family holiday.

Amanda is such a pleasure to deal with. She is super efficient and nothing is too much bother. Whether its taking bookings, dealing with cleaners or other management aspects, Amanda is incredibly quick to get onto things and never lets anything drop. Always on. And always with a smile!
Guest at Pebbles West Wittering
We stayed at Pebbles in West Wittering with our 18-month-old and it might be the best staycation we’ve ever done. We will 100% be returning. We’ve never stayed anywhere this well equipped - it has everything you need and definitely feels like a home from home. The house is beautifully furnished and decorated, super clean and the kitchen has anything you could need from a dishwasher to cling film to coffee machine. Our son was entertained the whole time with the toys provided inside and outside, which made our stay that bit easier for us and more special for him. The location is brilliant, with an easy flat walk to the beach and close to the little shops. We can’t believe we’ve never actually visited West Wittering before - the beach is amazing! Now we have somewhere we love to stay, we’ll certainly be back here!
