Good location close to shops, bars, beach. Comfy beds. Bathroom downstairs, small towels. We'll equipped kitchen. WiFi problems sorted quickly.

Great location just by the beach and close to all amenities. The cottage is small but sweet. Would recommend for a couple or small family. Wellies customer service was excellent as usual!

Marigold Cottage was a delightful home for Christmas week and we had a festive welcome with a door wreath and decorated tree. The kitchen had everything we needed in it, the wood burner was easy to use and really made the cottage cosy and the cupboards were well equipped so we could keep the place clean and tidy. The garden was secure for the dog but we didn’t go out to sit in it as the weather was rather wet and windy but with the beach so close, walks along the coast were the preferred way to spend time outside. The children loved time off their phones doing a couple of the puzzles that were in a lounge area cupboard and the dog enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. We highly recommend Doms, the pizza/pasta takeaway that was two doors down, the staff were super friendly and helpful and the food absolutely delicious! The village had some delightful shops including Candies the sweet shop, the grocers, bakers and butchers and the Co-op for those forgotten essentials. Booking Marigold Cottage was very easy, communication throughout was highly efficient and a link was sent to add a very user friendly app to our phone home screen so all information was just a tap away.

Lovely cottage, lovely location, good variety of shops in the village. Surprised there was surprised there was no Welcoming Pack in the cottage.

We were very impressed with Marigold Cottage as soon as we walked though the door. Comfortable place to stay for a few days. Generally very clean and tidy and although some of the furnishings and fixtures and fittings weren't to my personal taste there was nothing wrong with them. Kitchen was very bright and airy and very well equipped. Bathroom was clean and although an over the bath shower isn't to everyone's taste we had no issues with it. Both bedrooms were comfortable with space for our clothes etc. One point I must congratulate Wellies and Windbreaks for was the excellent online guide we received about a week before we travelled, full of information, tips and suggestions.

Our family of 4 spent 3 wonderful nights staying in Marigold Cottage. The cottage was well equipped and had very comfy beds. We were blessed with wonderful sunny weather so took full advantage of the gorgeous beach at the end of the road. Our children loved kayaking and bodyboarding each day. There is a wonderful pizza place 3 doors down, plus we had a couple of great meals at nearby Drifters. There is a brilliant selection of shops in the village so we never had to go far for anything. We loved our early morning and evening beach walks to nearby West Wittering. The Cottage really was perfect for a beach get away, we would love to return. Our preference would be to have bigger bath towels and blackout curtains but those are tiny niggles!

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in the marigold cottage and we love the little bolt hold next to the sea. Positives - location, lovely cottage style, good size bathroom and garden Tweaks - needs some items updating

We absolutely loved our stay at Marigold Cottage. For a young family of 4, it was perfect in size and location. The beds were very comfortable and the whole house was well equipped with everything you could possibly need. You couldn’t ask for more with the beach being a mere 2 minute walk with a delicious pizzaria and gelato place just 3 houses down! The house was immaculately clean and it really was the perfect place to stay.

Well appointed and comfortable cottage. 2 minute stroll to the beach in one direction and a 3-5 minute stroll to some restaurants and shops in the other. Easy key collection on day of arrival with a few starter items in place ( loo rolls, dish cloths, washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs etc) Have stayed in this cottage many times and plan to continue to stay again. The only negative is the decking in the little garden could do with replacing.

This is a beautiful cottage so close to the beach and the husstle and busstle of the witterings. We had a lovely stay here in the comfortable cottage. Well worth a second (and more) visit(s).

Our week in the perfect location on the South Coast, comfortable and cozy and with everything we could have wanted. Great customer service and quick replies made our booking and stay perfect for our winter break. Warm cottage when we arrived late in the evening and so well equipped for our needs. Dog friendly and so close to the beach.

Cosy cottage close to amenities and the sea. 50 yards from the Shore Inn which is a great locals pub with good beer and food. Log burner was a struggle without instructions, but logs and kindling was a nice touch.

We had such a great holiday in East Wittering, the beach was a two minute walk from the cottage and we were right next to the shops, cafes and restaurants. We regularly walked to the sandy beaches of West Wittering when the tide was out which our dogs adored. The cottage was small but perfectly set up and had everything we needed. Wellies and Windbreaks were fantastic, great communication and super helpful, we would thoroughly recommend!

Marigold Cottage is a wonderful cosy little cottage yards from the lovely beach. The cottage is well equipped, super little wood burning stove with logs etc supplied and very comfortable beds and bedding. We had a truly relaxing time, ate great food from the local butcher, fishmonger and the Italian bistro 3 doors down was fantastic. We are already planning our return and will be regulars at Marigold Cottage from now on! Highly recommended for a wonderful weekend/week away.

First time staying at Marigold Cottage, cottage clean, modern interior and has the best beds I have slept in over the years staying down in Wittering. I would book again.

Perfect location and everything was exceptionally clean and tidy, couldn’t fault it at all. Everything you needed was there in the cottage.

We rented Marigold cottage as an overflow house . For a small cottage it was well equipped and very comfortable . Will definitely be using it again.

We have always loved the Witterings so finding out this cottage was available to rent was amazing. We loved staying here it was so picturesque and cosy. A stone throw to the beach and shops couldn’t be any better. Lovely dog walks in the morning and evenings. Great restaurants nearby and shopping if needed in Chichester. Already booked up again to go next week.
